Training intended for paramedical professionals working in health centers or in home nursing services (SSIAD): nurses and caregivers.

Summary:
The treatment of people with behavioral disorders requires a global approach taking into account the profile of the people concerned, the chronic nature of certain pathologies causing the disorders, the diversity of the actors and the methods of intervention. It is important that all stakeholders have elements of understanding and tools to support appropriate actions with the patient. Professionals must therefore be able to implement an appropriate care intervention as part of the care of these people, taking into account their field of expertise and the interprofessional nature of their work environment.

Objectives:
-Update knowledge of behavioral disorders;
-Know the methods of care linked to the causes of disorders and the care pathway;
-Describe the dimensions to take into account in favor of global support;
-Self-evaluate your practice taking into account the different dimensions of care;
-Locate yourself in the care network according to the type of care, your field of expertise and your role in the multidisciplinary team;
-Collaborate with other care providers.
